Aid residents with physical therapy needs and document their progress under the supervision of the Therapy Manager.

Qualifications
- COTA certificate active in Wisconsin
- A graduate of an approved education course for occupational therapy assistants
- Proficient administrative and communication skills within the department and facility
- Working knowledge of multidisciplinary practice scopes in outpatient, ALF, ILF, or LTC settings
