Your Role
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure the best care possible
- Provide timely, accurate documentation to meet facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Enhance clinical skills and professional development through training sessions and educational opportunities
- Report any changes in resident status to the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure safe, efficient environments for both residents and staff
- Coordinate treatment goals and provide feedback to rehab aides
What We're Looking For
- An Active COTA license in the state of Alaska
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
