About the role
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in a residential setting. Assist clients in achieving independence and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify functional limitations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care plans.
- Document progress notes and maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
