About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses. This role completes visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to patients.
• Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM).
