About the role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses. This is a full-time, salary-based position.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to homebound patients.
- Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
