About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Marietta patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing care to patients in their homes within the designated service area.
- Complete visits in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
Qualifications

Pay
This is a full-time, salary-based position.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
- Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM)
- 7days on, 7 days off
