About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Spartanburg patients. As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing care to homebound patients.
- Complete visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification.
