Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Hand Outpatient

Job Summary Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages, following departmental policies and standards of care. Conduct initial assessments and document patient progress. Administer modalities, exercises, and treatments aligned with treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of patient care and departmental documentation. Promote education within the department and demonstrate knowledge of age-specific needs, including neonatal to geriatric populations. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.Preferred one year of experience; new graduates considered.Current BLS certification required before independent patient care.
