Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute therapeutic plans designed to help patients.
• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment.
• Guide patients through exercises.
• Engage patients in activities that are crucial to their recovery and improvement.
• Monitor and document the progress of patients.
• Report changes in the patient's performance and behavior to the occupational therapist.
• Adjust therapy interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapy process, the use of adaptive equipment, and home modifications.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
