About the role

Full‑Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Home Health – covering Milwaukee, Mukwonago, Muskego, New Berlin, West Allis and surrounding areas (up to a 40‑mile radius). The position is with Symbria, a 100 % employee‑owned company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Valid or pending state license (for newer graduates).
• Acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required.
