Schedule
- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills
- Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
- Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation
- Document patient progress accurately and on time
Requirements
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being

Employee Referral Bonus
- Therapists: $5,000 total bonus ($1,250 payouts)
- Assistants: $3,000 total bonus ($750 payouts)
Paid at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of the referred employee’s tenure.
