Pay
$33/HR – $47/HR, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call shifts are available. Flexible scheduling options — ask us what’s available.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills
- Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
- Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation
- Document patient progress accurately and on time
Requirements
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification (COTA)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
