Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Affiliate residents with functional mobility, self-care activities, coordination tasks, and upper extremity exercises
• Support individualized rehab goals using therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies
• Encourage resident participation while creating a positive therapy experience
• Communicate progress updates with the rehab team and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
