Responsibilities
- Aid Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized pediatric treatment plans.
- Provide engaging therapy activities that promote sensory, motor, cognitive, and developmental skills.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
- Educate families on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Foster a fun, encouraging, and child-focused therapy environment.
Qualifications
- Required: Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
- North Dakota COTA license (or ability to obtain).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Pediatric therapy experience.
- Experience working with children with developmental, sensory, or motor delays.
