You're In CONTROL!® is a specialty occupational therapy practice located in Kokomo, Indiana. We provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, lymphedema, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, and other complex conditions across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered one-on-one treatment sessions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and healthy movement strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Document treatment accurately and efficiently using our electronic health record.
• Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Participate in continuing education, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas that improve patient care, clinical systems, and workplace culture.

Requirements

We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about learning, values clinical excellence, and wants to make a lasting impact on patients' lives. Prior pelvic health experience is welcomed but not required—we value clinicians with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications

• A current COTA license in the state of Indiana.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Experience in pelvic health, women's health, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation, lymphedema, orthopedic rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs and team dynamics.
