The Lodge at Red Rocks is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who values exceptional care and is ready to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to residents as per their individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each resident
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Colorado COTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Passion for resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
