Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

About the role

H2 Health Prime Living in Paris, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a part-time position (15+ visits/week) with potential for full-time employment and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and in teams to provide occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess and document patient progress according to established protocols.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt treatment plans as needed based on patient response and functional needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
