About the role
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve independence with daily living skills such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-care
- Auxiliary in implementing individualized therapy treatment plans
- Document therapy sessions and resident progress using Net Health
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
- Encourage residents through creative and functional therapy interventions
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Active state license (or eligibility)
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others regain independence
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SNF/LTC care and rehabilitation

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
