Position Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Help residents improve independence with daily living activities.
  • Document treatments and resident progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams.
  • Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals and functional outcomes.
  • Support a positive and engaging rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Pennsylvania COTA license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
