Position Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve independence with daily living activities.
- Document treatments and resident progress accurately.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams.
- Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals and functional outcomes.
- Support a positive and engaging rehabilitation environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred.
