Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Vancrest Healthcare/Therapy Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapy sessions to residents/patients.
• Help develop and implement treatment plans based on therapist’s recommendations.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to therapists.
• Ensure all therapy activities are conducted safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for occupational therapy and helping others.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and devices.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
