Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and delivering customized therapy programs to help individuals regain their independence and confidence.
• Track progress, report findings, and adjust plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Educate residents and make therapy engaging and enjoyable.
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment.
• Spread positivity and kindness while making a lasting impact on our residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Ace an Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Show a heart full of compassion, a brain full of knowledge, and hands ready to help.
• Bonus points if you have a year of experience as a COTA!
