Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders
• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
• Complete required documentation and daily treatment notes
• Participate in resident care planning
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA
• Current COTA license in good standing required
• Geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
