InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Crook County Medical Services in Sundance, WY. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
- Lead therapeutic activities addressing ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support daily function.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions as appropriate under OT guidance.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Graduate of (or anticipated graduation from) an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Wyoming COTA license (or eligibility).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and functional outcomes.
- Interest in rural healthcare and collaborative teamwork.
