Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services and activities designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Support the documentation and tracking of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to reinforce goals in the classroom.
• Prepare therapy materials and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the supervision of the OT.

Qualifications

• Achieved Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA license in the state of practice (or eligible to obtain before start date).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their educational and functional goals.
