About the role

College Arms Towers, an affordable housing community for seniors, is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist (COS) for its senior living apartment high rise located in Deland, FL.

Responsibilities

• Certify and recertify applicants or households
• Audit resident files for compliance with HUD regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification preferred; otherwise, selected candidate will attend company‑paid training and must pass the COS exam within 6 months of hire

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and organized
• Ability to work at a fast pace

Schedule

Full‑time position, Monday through Friday.
