Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare the surgical suite and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Support the team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and safety
• Provide instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team
• Maintain a sterile field, perform counts, and ensure instrument and equipment functionality
• Work closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience

About the Role

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and a Level II Trauma Center.
