Job Summary

Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
- Vocational School Graduate (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist
Responsibilities
- Prepare the surgical suite and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Support the team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and safety
- Provide instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team
- Maintain a sterile field, perform counts, and ensure instrument and equipment functionality
- Work closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience

About the Role
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission and a Level II Trauma Center. We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital is conveniently located in the Heart of Kissimmee, minutes from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, and Poinciana.
