Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's)

About the role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. We have part-time, full-time, and per diem positions available. This position requires caregivers who are confident, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other age-related conditions while promoting dignity and independence.

Requirements

• Caregiving Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respect client privacy and maintain a professional presence in the home.

Qualifications

• Experience with redirection, safety monitoring, and behavioral support is preferred.
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).

Pay

$20-$23 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
