About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, taking vital signs, and providing support to nurses and other healthcare providers. Responsibilities also include answering patient calls, observing for skin integrity changes, turning and repositioning patients, and maintaining cleanliness in the patient care area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Take vital signs and collect patient information
• Answer patient calls and observe for skin integrity changes
• Turn and reposition patients, and transfer them to bed, chair, or wheelchair
• Maintain cleanliness in the patient care area
• Coordinate special tasks under RN supervision
• Collaborate with the patient care team to provide care according to the medical plan of care

Requirements

• California Certification as a CNA
• CPR Certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, team player, efficient time management, and good organizational skills
• Quality focus, professional behavior, and customer service focus

Pay

We offer a compensation philosophy with 13 pay increments based on 30 years of relevant experience, ranging from $22.42 to $31.97 per hour.

Variable Shifts including night shifts.
