About the role

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – (Required)

Benefits

• Starting at $24 per hour with higher rates based on experience

Pay

• $24 per hour with higher rates based on experience

Schedule

• Full time day shift and overnight shift available
• Part time evening or overnight shift available

Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Physical support and assistance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
