About the role

Responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Oversee daily operations including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding their health status and treatment plans.
  • Handle emergencies and triage situations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
