Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective treatment.
- Oversee daily operations including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding their health status and treatment plans.
- Handle emergencies and triage situations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
