About the Role

Responsible for delivering academic and technical trade instruction based on approved curricula, providing guidance to help students achieve their educational and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and support in designated areas of training.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training, and personal development.
• Collaborate with counselors and staff to address student issues.
• Develop and prepare lessons, suggest curriculum improvements, and incorporate supplemental materials.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean training environment.
• Participate in student assessments, documentation, and evaluations using appropriate systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant instructional experience.
• Preferred RN or LPN licensure; CNA license acceptable.
• Experience in instructing or supervising in professional settings.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
