Certified Nursing Assistant CNAs Per Diem, Litchfield, CT

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut CNA certification
• Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Dementia care experience preferred
• Current medical records/vaccinations, or willingness to obtain them
• Completed drug screen or Habituation Form (as required)
• Successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process before accepting assignments
