Springside is offering a CNA Training Program that covers the cost of training and hiring for eligible candidates.
About the role
We are seeking compassionate and hard-working candidates to join our dedicated nursing team. The program includes:
- 2 days of paid-training covering General Orientation and Dementia training at Springside facility
- 54 hours of classwork including remote learning (which can be done at home or at the facility)
- PAID clinical training requirements conducted at Springside facility
- An introductory training period requiring availability from 7a-3p Monday-Friday
Requirements
Candidates must be available for the entire training period and have a strong commitment to healthcare.
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and support throughout the program.
Benefits
Candidates will be hired as an RCA during the training period and will be fully trained to become a CNA upon completion of the program.
Schedule
The training period involves availability from 7a-3p Monday-Friday.
Pay
Candidates will be paid for their training period as an RCA.
