NHC St. Charles is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a supportive and resident-focused work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Provide personal care and comfort
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and chart accurately
• Caregiver qualities: compassionate, cheerful, and dependable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Attention to detail

Pay

Pay is based on experience, ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, with an opportunity to earn up to 20% more per hour for the first six months.

Current available shifts include: Days, Evenings, and Every Weekend.
