About the role
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides person-centered care to residents, supporting activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, transferring, and dining assistance. They help with housekeeping tasks like bed making, laundry, and room cleaning, and lead or support life enrichment activities to promote engagement and well-being. The CNA also records vital signs, participates in training, and performs other assigned duties to ensure residents' dignity and quality of life.

Requirements
- State Certification as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- Preferred two years of healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently, use electronic records, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing 250 lbs
