Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Shower Team Day Shift

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Shower Team to join our compassionate team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personal hygiene and bathing of residents, perform standard CNA duties, and contribute to the success of our organization through setting the gold standard for rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care by assisting residents with bathing needs and routine nursing care and services per the resident’s care plan
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification (e.g., orientation programs, facility in-service training)

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
