Shower Team Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Day Shift

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Shower Team Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personal hygiene and bathing of residents, as well as performing standard CNA duties to provide daily routine nursing care and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care by assisting residents with bathing needs and routine nursing care per the resident’s care plan
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, including orientation programs, facility in-service training, and other activities

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
