Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN Weekends

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Licenses/Certifications: Certified Nursing Certification may be required depending on state regulations
• Experience: 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors preferred

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans and established community policies and procedures.
• Aid residents with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Assist with dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up, clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Maintain residents' physical and cognitive wellbeing by monitoring them and reporting changes to the nurse and supervisor.
• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide resident assistance as needed to ensure intake. Document intake per community policy/procedure.
• Participate in life enrichment programming and provide meaningful activities to residents.
• Document resident care timely and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

• $19.00/Hr.
• $22.00/Hr.
