Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Private Duty Home Health Care

About the role

RN Services Private Duty Care is seeking experienced CNA's for home health care positions across various shifts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fast-paced facility work and eager for a change to safer, less stressful environments where they can focus on individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed upon by the client or client’s family and RN case manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as monitoring Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients, providing mobility assistance, transferring, positioning, lifting, bathing, toileting, managing medications, taking vital signs, and performing home tasks.
• Comply with RN Services Private Duty Care’s policies and procedures, including standards of conduct, work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code, and some weekend and holiday availability.
• Work all assigned shifts and find a replacement when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
• Vehicle that is currently insured following state and RN Services Private Duty Care policy.
• Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities and cell phone skills.
• Daily access to RN Services Private Duty Care's email.
• Complete all physical demands for the position, including moderate lifting, standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
• CPR certified or certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Pay

$20-$23/hour based on experience and availability.
