We have immediate openings for caregivers with experience supporting individuals in their homes. Locations: Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville, Gaithersburg.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them safely maintain their independence.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Mobility Support: Helping with ambulation and transfers.
• Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and guiding range of motion exercises.
• Home Management: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed-making.
• Medication Assistance: Assisting clients to take their daily medication.
• Provide structured support tailored to patient.
• Assist with behavioral management strategies when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in healthcare settings.
• Certificate showing completion of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training.
• Current, active CNA license listed in good standing with the state board.
• Open availability, including Monday - Friday, weekends, and overnights.
