Job Responsibilities

  • Activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping

  • Nail care
  • Ranges of motion / exercises
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
  • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
  • Oral feeding
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
  • Assisting with ambulation
  • Meditation assistance

Qualifications

  • At least one year of work experience
  • Listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
  • Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
  • Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
  • Meet all state requirements

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-time opportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Johnston and Wake counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Offering flexible schedules, 1:1 patient ratio, and comprehensive benefits package!
