About the role

Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager. Assigned to specific clients and performs services to maintain their personal comfort. Work one-on-one with patients in their homes, enhancing their health, quality of life, and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist with patient hygiene: bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment through meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Follow written assignment and instructions
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation

Requirements

• Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Pay

Standard rate: $15.00 - $17.50 hourly
