Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Over-Night Shift. Eventide Jamestown Care Center!

About the role

The Eventide Jamestown Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team. The position is Full-Time, working an Overnight Shift from 10:30p-7:00a, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to encourage residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Carry and follow assigned resident care plans.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, etc., as indicated on resident care plan.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident.
• Interact with residents with warmth and compassion.
• Follow policies and procedures regarding safety, including safety and infection control practices.
• Document and record care provided and other pertinent information.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using appropriate equipment as identified by the care plan.
• Assist and escort residents for appointments and activities, as needed.
• Assist with resident personal laundry as needed.

Requirements

• A current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant training program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

$22-$24.64 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available.
