Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time NOC Shift. Eventide Fargo!

Eventide Fargo Care Center is looking for Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A) to work 72 hours per period on the NOC shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM), including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Weekend (+$2/hour) and NOC (+$2/hour) shift differentials are available.

About the role

The CNA assists in providing for residents’ physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs in accordance with established nursing care procedures under the supervision of the charge nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention that encourages each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Carry out and follow the assigned resident care plan at all times.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and other activities as indicated on the care plan.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident; interact with warmth and compassion.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to protect residents, staff, property, and yourself.
• Comply with rules and regulations set by the North Dakota Department of Health and the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services.
• Understand and uphold residents’ rights, including freedom from restraints, abuse, and neglect; report any incidents promptly.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights and alarms.
• Perform tasks such as checking vital signs, recording weights, and applying lotions.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using gait belts, one- or two-person transfers, Hoyer lifts, or standing lifts as identified by the care plan.
• Assist and escort residents to appointments and activities as needed.
• Document and record care provided and other pertinent information.
• Follow proper safety and infection-control procedures (handwashing, glove use, disposal of soiled materials, etc.).
• Assist with resident personal laundry as needed.

Requirements

• Current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant license.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $22–$24.64 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location, plus shift differentials.
