About the role
This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Our residents do NOT require skilled care, therefore your CNA job is a little different here.
Responsibilities
- Support Guests with daily care and encourage healthy routines
- Create a calm, positive, and respectful environment
- Work alongside nurses, therapists, and coordinators as part of a strong care team
- Be a steady, friendly presence residents can count on and help de-escalate behavioral issues
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in IL
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful, but not required

Pay
Hourly Wage: 17.75 - 24.25 based on years of experience
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 7:00A-3:00P - Monday-Friday with every other weekend rotation
