About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a full-time AM shift. Whether you're an experienced CNA or a recent graduate beginning your healthcare career, we welcome your application and provide the support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and requests.
Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
Qualifications
Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
