Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed; report changes or concerns to the RN
• Document services performed on a computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition, such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Current ND Nursing Assistant certification required
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule

Pay

Wage range: $22.33+ per hour depending on experience. Bonus: $10,000.

Schedule

Full-Time. Shifts available: Days (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
