About the role

Griswold Home Care of Myrtle Beach, SC is looking to hire capable Certified Nursing Assistants / CNAs to provide companionship and perform caregiving duties in the Conway, Aynor, and Loris areas. This position offers a competitive wage of $22.00–$23.00 per hour, weekly paydays, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and non-medical personal care to elderly clients
• Assist with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Help clients with cognitive impairments or dementia using patience and kindness
• Assist with feeding, bathing, and maintaining personal hygiene while respecting dignity
• Maintain accurate logs of duties performed and submit timely documentation
• Check in regularly with the office to provide updates on client needs

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• 2-Step TB Test or BAMT (QuantiFERON-TB Gold Blood Test)
• Valid driver’s license, passport, or formal ID card
• CNA certification
• CPR certification
• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years of CNA or home care experience (a plus; caring for a loved one counts)
