Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

College Pines Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of caregivers. We are currently offering a $2500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. The ideal candidate will provide daily routine nursing care and services, contributing to the success of our organization by setting the gold standard for rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with residents’ assessment and care plan, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, including orientation programs and facility in-service training

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
