About the role

As a PRN/As Needed CNA on the day shift, you’ll make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate, resident-focused care in a respectful and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment
• Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus

Pay

$17.75 – $23.75 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
